The site www.reyoga.it is owned by Re Yoga S.R.L.S. located in Ancona, Via M.Ricci 16/A, 60126, Italy, tax number (partita IVA) IT-02674230426. Re Yoga is a registered enterprise from Ancona with the local number REA AN-206200. All products sold in the online shop are sold by Re Yoga S.R.L.S. The name Re Yoga S.R.L.S. is printed on the order confirmation and the payment confirmation. Re Yoga S.R.L.S. is responsible for the selling and distribution of products, client management and eventual reclamations like indicated in these terms and conditions.

If your order contains a customized product the following terms and conditions apply:

• we can only accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal or bankwire
• the preparation of your customized product takes up to 5 working days as soon as the order was paid (please consider that bankwire transactions are credited on our accounts in 2-3 working days)
• If your order contains additional products, please note that we will ship all products in one shipment together as soon as the customized product is ready.
• The shipping time depends on the destination, inside Italy we ship in 1-2 working days, in other EU-countries it usually takes 3-5 working days for our packages to arrive.
• We do not accept returns of customized products

• in case of a customization with a logo print for clubs and Yoga studios, the production time is 5 working days starting from the day when the graphic sample was approved.

  Print type and color:

• All prints for customized products are white
• max. characters for names or words printed on the yoga mat is 15
• max. print dimension is 10 cm. for logos
• Customization is possible only in the left lower corner of the Yoga mat on the opposite side of our ReYoga Logo. You can not chose a different position for the logo or name on your mat.

When you order a product you will be asked to enter a shipping address. Delivery costs in Italy are 3,90 €  There are no shipping costs to Italian orders over 150,00€ The shipping costs inside of Europe (excl. Switzerland) are 14,90 € (VAT included) for orders with a total weight of max. 5 kg. Shipping costs for orders from 5-10kg are 18.90 € and above 10kg shipping costs are 22,90 €. Shipping is free for all orders above 300 €. Most of our products are in stock and will be sent as fast as possible. Usually, we send out products the same day or maximum one working day after we receive the payment. Delivery times: Inside Italy: 24/48 hours for the mainland, 48/72 hours for the big islands, 3-5 days for the small islands EU-countries: 3-5 days In some cases products are not immediately available. The delivery time is indicated on the product sheet.

All prices on the homepage www.reyoga.it include taxes. Delivery costs will be added and the end of the ordering process.

VAT rates for commercial clients with EU Shipping (including VAT Id.):

Please contact us sending an email to shop@reyoga.it before concluding your order if you have a valid EU VAT-Id.
We will adjust your account so your transaction is VAT exempt (pursuant to art. 41 of Presidential decree 33/93).
Valid only for shipping outside of Italy.

It is possible that periodically some products are available for a discounted price. This price is communicated as discount amount or discount percentage. The original price is always visible as well.

The original price is the price of the product for a period of at least 30 days before the start of the promotion as by the Italian law: DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 7 marzo 2023, n. 26 and the EU directive 2019/2161.

The reviews on ReYoga.it are provided exclusively by users and clients who have previously purchased the particular product.

All reviews are published by ReYoga after a verification by ReYoga S.r.l.s. who reserves the right to delete reviews which contain vulgarities, offensive, sexual or violent language or hate speech. All other reviews are published no matter their score or content, to guarantee our clients maximal transparency.

The system used for ReYoga reviews is part of the reyoga.it Website and owned by ReYoga S.r.l.s. who can prove this in any moment, if necessary, as by the Italian law: DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 7 marzo 2023, n. 26 and the EU directive 2019/2161.

All product that you see in our shop on www.reyoga.it are usually in stock. In some cases products are not in stock but have already been ordered, you can choose these products normally, only the delivery time will be slightly longer. If a product is not in stock, insert your email in the product sheet. You will be notified once the product is available again.

We offer a possibility to pre-order a selection of products which are not on stock at the moment but will be re-stocked soon. These products can only be ordered while the offer is ongoing and will not be shipped before the specified date. If your order contains other products as well, the order will still not be shipped before the re-stock of your pre-ordered products. For pre-orders we allow all payment methods except payment on delivery. If you choose to pay via bank wire please make sure to insert the payment right a way. If we don’t receive your payment within 3 working days, your order will be automatically canceled. There is only a limited number of products available to pre-order. The offer can be terminated by ReYoga at any time without further notice. The discount and the respective shipping date of pre-order products are indicated in the product details. As soon as the pre-order campaign is finished and/ or the products return on stock, they will be available to the full price with no discount again. Pre-order discounts can not be combined with other discounts or bonus codes. Per order you can purchase max. 5 pre-order products. Bigger orders will be deleted and reimbursed automatically without further notice.

If you are in possession of a European tax number and you need a fiscal invoice for your order please contact us BEFORE ordering via email to shop@reyoga.it. We don’t issue invoices to private persons without tax numbers. An order confirmation will be sent via email. Customers with Italian tax numbers have to insert their PEC and Codice Univoco together with their P. IVA (tax number) the moment they place an order to make sure an electronic invoice is issued. If the data is not correct or not inserted at all, no invoice will be issued!

First of all: if you are not satisfied with your product - don't worry! Within 14 days of your purchase, you can return or exchange an item.
To return or exchange a product fill out our Order Return Form.

We will get back to you with the details of the return. You will receive an email that indicates whether your exchange or return request has been accepted. The delivery costs for the return package will not be reimbursed. As soon as the package arrives back to us, we will check if the product is undamaged and we will contact you about the following procedure via telephone or email. Note: You will not be reimbursed for damaged products or products that were damaged because of inappropriate packaging. IMPORTANT: We don't accept returns of reduced products (sale) and customized products (except production errors). We don’t accept returns or refunds for Gift cards purchased from www.reyoga.it

You can purchase a ReYoga gift card starting from 30 to 120 Euros. A gift card-code will be send via email and can be used in any order on www.reyoga.it by inserting it in the respective field when checking out. The gift card amount is subtracted from the order total (except shipping). Gift cards are valid for 365 days after the purchase (paid order) and can not be returned or refunded.

All photographs, illustrations or descriptions of products that we created in Italian or any other language are protected by a copyright of ReYoga S.R.L.S and cannot be used without previous consent of the copyright owner. The name “ReYoga” is a copyright protected, registered trademark.

For every dispute between ReYoga S.R.L.S. and a client the local laws apply. ReYoga S.R.L.S. and the client have the right to appeal to a jurisdiction authority like the Chamber of Commerce to receive advice on the matter.
