Bikram Yoga and Hot Yoga are particularly intense styles, similar to each other mainly for one reason: the heat! Both styles are practiced in a heated room, which makes an already strenuous practice even more demanding.
Certainly, practitioners of both styles usually sweat quite intensely during practice, and the simple mat becomes obsolete after a while: no matter how tight-fitting it is, you sweat so much that you need a towel!
For this reason, we have come up with a very lightweight and versatile kit for practitioners of these two disciplines consisting of the free LIGHT 3mm yoga mat and the Grippy Boo yoga towel. The free LIGHT 3mm yoga mat allows for a good base on which to practice and provides an optimal degree of stability and shock absorption.
The Grippy Boo yoga towel, laid on top of the free LIGHT 3mm mat the moment you start to sweat, absorbs humidity and presents excellent grip in wet conditions.. The Grippy boo is a yoga towel composed of bamboo microfiber and an eco-friendly non-slip that completely covers the underside, making it stable and firmly attached to the mat on which it is laid. The microfiber absorbs sweat and provides a high grip throughout the practice, preventing slipping. It can be safely machine washed (cold) like an ordinary towel and dries super quickly. With this kit, there will be no high temperatures that you won't be able to cope with!
