Pack description

Yin Yoga is a very static Yoga style, where asanas are held for longer periods of time, sometimes even up to 5 minutes or more. This way even easy postures become quite difficult and it is helpful to have some Yoga props ready to help you stay stable and relaxed in the respective position.

Our Yin Yoga Kit consists of the softest and most comfortable Yoga mat Free Soft 6mm, our versatile meditation pillow Bolster and 2 cork Yoga blocks.

Stay calm and stay calm.

Pack content

Free Soft is our softest ecological yoga mat!
Its 6 mm thickness offers unrivalled comfort.

Lightweight and easy to clean, it is the ideal mat for those just starting out in their practice, those looking for support to relieve joint pain, those doing Pilates or those who want support for muscle-strengthening exercises on the floor.
Free Soft is two-coloured, choose the side according to the day!

Technical characteristics

Ideal for Yin Yoga, meditation and Pilates

Free Soft is an eco-friendly yoga mat designed for those who are looking for extra comfort and sweat little during their practice. Thanks to its 6 mm thickness, this mat insulates you from the ground and offers maximum comfort. Often also used by those seeking support for muscle-strengthening exercises, the Free Soft is able to absorb shocks and relieve joint pain.

Like all mats in the FREE line, SOFT is made of 100% premium TPE, an environmentally friendly synthetic rubber which uses no toxic chemical additives during its production process, while requiring less energy than other similar materials for its manufacturing and is fully recyclable. The closed-cell structure of TPE makes it waterproof, does not absorb odours and is very easy to clean. Free SOFT's TPE is hypoallergenic, since there is no latex in its composition, and of course, it contains no PVC.

Despite its thickness, it is very light (weighing only 1200 grams) and therefore easy to transport!

Advice on the correct use

Before you start practising, use the precautions we suggest to best preserve your mat:

  • always wash your hands and feet well to remove residues of oils and creams that may stain the mat

  • do not expose the mat to direct sunlight or sources of heat, as this will deteriorate the environmentally friendly TPE and considerably shorten its lifespan

  • always use this mat without shoes or non-slip socks!

Do your hands and feet sweat a lot?

We recommend combining this mat with the GRIPPY BOO Towel.

Care and Maintenance

When you are not using Free Soft, we recommend keeping it rolled up in a dry, sheltered place. Ideally, it should be stored clean and dry in a natural fabric bag. Roll it up starting from a different point each time, this way you will prevent it from getting spoiled and it will always lie perfectly flat!

All you need to clean it is a wet, wrung-out cloth (do not use a dry cloth, as it may be too abrasive). Our advice is to always clean it after practice or at least once a week.

For deeper cleaning, you can wash it by hand in cold water with a mild detergent or with our ReClean mat cleaner. We recommend drying the Free Soft lying down, absolutely not in a tumble dryer, away from heat sources and not exposed to direct sunlight.

Roll up your mat, always starting from the side opposite the ReYoga logo (the label must remain out when closed).

ReBolster is a cylindrical yoga cushion with an artisanal and sustainable identity.

Designed to accompany you while performing asanas during gentler practices, it is extremely comfortable due to its consistency. It is often used for relaxation and as a support tool for stretches and openings.
Handcrafted in Italy, ReBolster consists of the outer cover in buffed cotton, the inner lining in cotton and the filling in Italian, organic, dust-free and sanitised spelt chaff.

Technical characteristics

Particularly popular for Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pilates

ReBolster is a cylindrically shaped yoga cushion made of a practical 100% cotton ground cover, which is very durable and soft to the touch. Its inner filling is composed of organic, Italian husked, dust-free and sanitised spelt chaff. This special filling has remarkable qualities: it is naturally anti-mite, breathable and thermo-regulating.
Due to its nature, spelt chaff can have different weights, which can vary the total weight of the pillow depending on the supply received.

The production of the linings and packaging is done entirely through our handcrafted production in Italy.

This tool is mainly used to support the body while performing asanas that work on openings and stretches. The practices that make the most use of it are Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pilates and, in general, during relaxation.

Care and Maintenance

You can wash the outer cover of the cushion in the washing machine (the cushion is completely removable thanks to the practical nickel-free metal zip).

Do not use bleach and do not tumble dry or iron at high temperatures.

Note: be very careful when opening the zip of the lining, as when practising with the cushion, some pieces of the fabric may get stuck as a result of the pressure received. Therefore, use delicacy to slide the zip and avoid unpleasant rips.

ReBlock is a brick made from recycled cork from wine bottle corks. It is stable, light and its corners are rounded. You can use it on all sides to achieve the thickness you need during asanas, thus helping you to properly unload your body weight.

The standard size is the most commonly used and having two of them available is a great help when performing symmetrical postures.

The 'Big' version is used in Iyengar and by taller practitioners.

Technical characteristics

The support that helps you reach the correct positions

You can use ReBlock to perform, for example, positions whose goal is to touch the ground with your hands. If your back still cannot flex enough, simply place the cork blocks between your hands and the mat. This way you will be able to lean back and put the right amount of pressure on your hands while correctly unloading your body weight. Your teacher will be able to give you the right tips for using them during lessons.

The recycled cork surface will accompany you with a pleasant, natural feel. In addition, it is antibacterial, lightweight and does not absorb sweat.

In addition to the balancing and bending postures, you can use a yoga brick as a support in the seated postures, replacing the cushion.

In any case, using this tool can be very important in order to respect your body's limits and gradually progress in performing asanas.
